Best Poster Award

Poster presentation benefits:

  • Unique opportunity to combine visual and oral explanations of your projects in the form of poster presentation.
  • Best poster Award: 3 best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.
  • Best posters will be given an opportunity to publish the full work at discounted processing charges in the supporting international journals.

Guidelines for best poster awards:

  • Applicants must submit an abstract as first author through the Abstract Submission System
  • All Live posters are eligible for the Best Poster Award.
  • 3 best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.
  • Awardees will get exciting cash prizes and certificate of appreciation.
  • The winners of the best poster award will be awarded at the closing ceremony.

The selection of the winner will be based on:

  • Originality of topic- 25%
  • Content – Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions / Recommendations for Practice- 25%
  • Educational Value- 20%
  • Lay-out – Clear to read and appropriate to topic- 15%
  • Overall Impression of the Poster- 15%

Young Scientist Award

The WSMNP2024 publishes a list of Young Scientist Awards to encourage excellence in a variety of field of Metamaterials, Nanophotonics and Plasmonics. The award is open to graduate students and researchers who are working on projects that promote sustainable progress and share various encounters innovation, engineering, and technology as well as in humanities addressing the latest trends and challenges facing the world in embracing the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Guidelines:

Applicants must submit an abstract as first author through the Abstract Submission System.

Eligibility:

Any scientist, engaged in research work laboratories/institutes, who is not more than 35 years of age, is eligible for the Award.

Criteria:

  • Research will be limited according to the scope of the conference theme and the topic must fit into Scientific sessions of the Conference.
  • All the presentations should be in oral form only.
  • Each scientist must submit their unique research works.

Guidelines for Young scientist award:

  • An opportunity to showcase your research to the scientific communities.
  • Two researchers will be chosen for the Awards.
  • Career guidance.
  • Opportunity to publish papers in Scopus indexed journals at discounted rates.
  • Awardees will get exciting cash prizes and certificate of appreciation.
